우리 게임에는 인앱결제가 없습니다. 모든 게임이 결제 항목을 두지 않았고, 광고 제거 상품도 없습니다. 그래서 결제·구매 복원·환불 처리를 하지 않습니다.

Steam 판(스토어 이름 「Call the Cat」)은 2026년 9월 28일부로 무료로 바뀝니다. 그전에 구매하신 분의 환불은 Steam 환불 정책에 따라 Steam 에서 처리합니다.

나중에 결제가 생기면 그 게임의 이용약관과 개인정보 처리방침을 먼저 고치고 이 자리에도 적겠습니다.

아래 「메일 초안 만들기」로 보내 주시면 가장 빠릅니다. 게임 이름, 기기와 OS, 앱 버전, 문제가 생기기까지 무엇을 눌렀는지를 같이 적어 주세요.

오류 문구가 화면에 보이면 그 부분을 캡처해 첨부해 주시면 도움이 됩니다.

혼자 만들고 있어서 답변까지 며칠 걸릴 수 있습니다.

기기에만 저장되는 진행도는 앱을 지우거나 기기 데이터를 초기화하면 함께 사라질 수 있습니다.

클라우드 저장을 쓰는 게임은 같은 플랫폼 계정으로 다시 로그인하면 진행도가 돌아옵니다. Google Play 게임즈, Game Center·iCloud 같은 것입니다.

게임마다 저장 방식이 다릅니다. 어느 쪽인지는 그 게임의 개인정보 처리방침 「보관과 삭제」 절에 적혀 있습니다.

광고를 쓰는 게임은 Google AdMob 광고만 연결돼 있습니다. 결제가 없으므로 광고를 구매로 없애는 방법도 없습니다.

맞춤 광고 여부는 바꿀 수 있습니다. iOS 는 첫 실행 때 뜨는 추적 허용 창에서, Android 는 게임 안 개인정보 옵션을 다시 열어 고칠 수 있고, 기기의 광고 설정으로도 관리합니다.

추적을 허용하지 않아도 게임은 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다. 광고가 맞춤형이 아닌 형태로 나올 뿐입니다.

Baren81 이 직접 운영하는 회원 가입은 없습니다. 이름·전화번호·주소·연락처·사진·정확한 위치를 게임 화면에서 받지 않습니다.

다만 플랫폼이 단독으로 관리하는 정보(스토어 계정, 클라우드 저장, 광고 식별자 등)는 해당 플랫폼에 직접 요청하셔야 합니다. 저희 쪽에서 지울 수 없습니다.

기능이나 SDK 가 바뀌면 문서에 수정일을 적고 함께 갱신합니다.

Our games have no in-app purchases. None of them has any paid item, and there is no ad-removal product, so we do not process payments, purchase restores, or refunds.

The Steam build (listed as "Call the Cat") becomes free on 28 September 2026. Refunds for purchases made before then are handled by Steam under the Steam refund policy.

If purchases are ever added, we will update that game's Terms and Privacy Policy first, and say so here.

This is a one-person studio, so a reply may take a few days.

Progress stored only on your device can disappear when you delete the app or reset the device.

For games that use cloud save, signing back in with the same platform account restores your progress — Google Play Games, Game Center, or iCloud.

Games differ. Which one applies is written in the "Retention and Deletion" section of that game's Privacy Policy.

Games that carry ads use Google AdMob only. Since there are no purchases, there is also no way to buy the ads away.

You can change whether ads are personalised. On iOS use the tracking prompt shown at first launch; on Android reopen the privacy option inside the game. Your device ad settings also control this.

Declining tracking does not limit the game — ads simply appear in a non-personalised form.

There is no Baren81 account to sign up for. We do not ask for your name, phone number, address, contacts, photos, or precise location in the game.

To access, correct, delete, or stop processing of information we hold directly, write to barendevlog@gmail.com.

Information held solely by a platform — store accounts, cloud saves, advertising identifiers — must be requested from that platform. We cannot delete it for you.

When features or SDKs change, we update the documents and stamp them with the revision date.
