본 약관은 Steam 버전에만 적용되며 모바일 광고·모바일 인앱상품에는 적용되지 않습니다.

1. 동의

게임을 설치하거나 이용하면 본 약관 및 Steam 이용자 계약과 관련 정책에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

2. 게임 서비스

행성 탐사, 정복, 본부 확장, 자원 관리 및 별도 게임 모드가 제공될 수 있으며 개발과 운영에 따라 콘텐츠, 밸런스, 기능, 저장 형식과 지원 환경이 변경될 수 있습니다.

3. Steam 기능·구매·환불

다운로드, 소유권 확인, Steam Cloud, 도전 과제, 오버레이, 구매와 환불은 Valve 및 Steam 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. Baren81은 카드·계좌 정보를 직접 처리하지 않습니다.

4. 금지 행위

무단 접근, 서비스 방해, 저장·구매 데이터 조작, 버그 악용, 치트·유해한 자동화 도구 사용, 저작권 침해 및 법령 위반을 금지합니다.

보안, 호환성, Steam 정책, 기술적 문제 또는 개선을 위해 업데이트나 기능 제한이 필요할 수 있습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 모든 환경에서의 무중단·무오류 동작을 보장하지 않습니다.

7. 준거법과 문의

Steam Terms of Service

These Terms apply only to the Steam build and not to mobile ads or mobile in-app products.

1. Agreement

By using the game, you agree to these Terms and the Steam Subscriber Agreement and related policies.

2. Service

The game may provide exploration, conquest, headquarters expansion, resource management, and separate modes. Content, balance, features, save formats, and supported environments may change.

3. Steam Features and Purchases

Downloads, ownership, Steam Cloud, achievements, overlay, purchases, and refunds are handled under Valve and Steam policies. Baren81 does not directly process card or bank details.

4. Conduct

Unauthorized access, disruption, save or purchase manipulation, bug exploitation, cheats, harmful automation, infringement, and unlawful conduct are prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, game content belongs to Baren81 or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or sold without permission except as allowed by law.

6. Updates and Liability

Updates or feature limits may be required for security, compatibility, Steam rules, technical reasons, or improvement. Uninterrupted or error-free operation in every environment is not guaranteed to the extent allowed by law.
