Terms of Service

Call the Cat | Effective date: July 12, 2026 | Revised: September 8, 2026

These Terms apply to the Google Play mobile version of Call the Cat, unless a platform requires different terms for a specific feature.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or playing Call the Cat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Game Service

Call the Cat is provided as a casual game service. Game features, balance, rewards, events, advertisements, and supported platforms may be changed, added, limited, or removed as development and service operation require.

3. Platform Accounts and Availability

The game does not offer in-app purchases. No paid item, currency, unlock, or ad-removal product is sold inside the game, so there is no checkout, purchase restoration, or refund flow.

Downloads, cloud saves, achievements, and platform account features are handled by Google Play, Apple Game Center, Google Play Games, or similar platform services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

The Google Play version continues to be updated.

4. Advertisements and Optional Rewards

The Google Play version offers optional rewarded advertisements in two places: continuing after a failed run, and restoring an in-game entry pass. You always choose whether to watch; nothing is shown automatically and no reward is lost by declining.

A reward is granted only when the advertising system confirms the reward condition was met. Ad availability may vary by region, network condition, or provider status.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the game, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate save data or purchases, exploit bugs, or use automated tools in a way that harms the game, other users, or the service operation.

6. Intellectual Property

The game, characters, images, audio, text, code, and other content in Call the Cat are owned by Baren81 or licensed to Baren81, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or use the game content outside the game without permission, except where allowed by law or platform rules.

7. Updates, Suspension, and Termination

The game may require updates for security, compatibility, balance, bug fixes, or new features. Access to some features may be limited or discontinued if required for service operation, platform policy, legal compliance, or technical reasons.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Baren81 does not guarantee that the game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or platform. Baren81 is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region provide otherwise.
