모바일 개인정보 처리방침

본 방침은 모바일 빌드에서 실제로 활성화된 기능과 SDK에 적용됩니다. 정식 출시 전 SDK 구성이 바뀌면 본 방침도 갱신됩니다.
1. 기본 원칙
게임은 Baren81 자체 계정 생성을 필수로 요구하지 않으며 이름, 전화번호, 주소, 연락처, 사진 또는 정확한 위치를 게임 화면에서 직접 입력받지 않습니다.
2. 처리될 수 있는 정보
- 앱 인스턴스·기기·광고 식별자(플랫폼 설정이 허용하는 범위)
- IP 주소로 추정되는 대략적 지역, 기기 종류, 운영체제, 앱 버전
- 실행, 플레이 시간, 행성 진행, 기능 이용, 상·하단 배너와 사망 뒤 선택형 광고 부활의 노출·상호작용 같은 사용 정보
- 충돌, 성능, 오류 로그와 기타 진단 정보
- 진행도와 설정 등 로컬 또는 클라우드 저장 데이터
3. 이용 목적
게임 제공과 저장 복원, 상·하단 배너 광고와 사망 뒤 선택형 광고 부활 제공, 부정 이용 방지, 오류 분석, 성능 및 밸런스 개선, 고객 문의 대응을 위해 필요한 범위에서 처리합니다. 인앱결제·구매 복원·환불 처리는 하지 않습니다.

각 서비스의 처리는 해당 제공자의 정책과 이용자 설정에 따릅니다. 모바일 빌드는 인앱결제나 광고 제거 상품을 제공하지 않습니다. Google 관련 안내: Google 개인정보처리방침, Firebase 개인정보 및 보안, Google 광고 정책.
5. 국외 처리 및 제공
Google, Apple 등 글로벌 제공자는 서비스 운영을 위해 이용자 국가 밖의 서버에서 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. Baren81은 이용자의 이름이나 연락처를 판매하지 않습니다.
6. 보관과 삭제
로컬 저장 데이터는 초기화, 앱 삭제 또는 기기 데이터 삭제 전까지 남을 수 있습니다. 클라우드, 광고, 분석 및 진단 정보는 각 플랫폼과 제공자의 보관 설정·정책에 따라 보관됩니다. 이 게임에는 구매 기록이 없습니다. 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.
7. 이용자의 선택과 권리
iOS에서는 앱을 처음 실행할 때 Apple의 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 요청이 표시되고, 이어서 필요한 지역에서 광고 동의 화면이 표시됩니다. 추적을 허용하지 않아도 게임은 그대로 이용할 수 있으며 광고는 맞춤형이 아닌 형태로 표시될 수 있습니다. Android에서는 필요한 지역에서 광고 동의 화면이 표시되고, 동의 내용은 게임 내 개인정보 옵션에서 다시 열어 변경할 수 있습니다.
상·하단 배너는 광고 구성의 일부이며 구매로 숨길 수 없습니다. 인앱결제·광고 제거 상품은 제공하지 않으며 결제·구매 복원·환불 처리도 하지 않습니다. 광고 개인정보 선택은 위 동의 화면과 기기 설정으로 관리합니다. 그 밖에 기기 광고 설정과 Google·Apple 계정 설정에서 광고와 개인정보 선택을 관리할 수 있습니다. Baren81이 직접 보유한 정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 문의는 아래 이메일로 접수할 수 있습니다. 플랫폼이 단독 관리하는 정보는 해당 플랫폼에서 요청해야 합니다.
8. 아동, 보안, 변경
Baren81은 아동에게 직접 식별 정보를 고의로 요청하지 않습니다. 필요한 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 적용하며, 기능·SDK·법적 요구가 바뀌면 수정일과 함께 이 문서를 갱신합니다.

Mobile Privacy Policy

This policy applies to features and SDKs actually enabled in a mobile build and will be updated if the release configuration changes.
1. Core Principle
The game does not require a separate Baren81 account and does not directly ask for your name, phone number, address, contacts, photos, or precise location.
2. Data That May Be Processed
Depending on enabled features: app, device, and advertising identifiers; approximate region inferred from IP; device, OS and app version; gameplay and feature events; top and bottom banner and optional post-death revive-ad impressions and interactions; crash and performance diagnostics; and local or cloud progress and settings data. The game does not process product IDs or purchase results.
3. Purposes
Data may be used to operate and restore the game, serve the top and bottom banner ads and the optional post-death revive ad, prevent fraud, diagnose errors, improve performance and balance, and respond to support requests. The game does not process in-app purchases, purchase restoration, or refunds.
4. Providers
Builds use Google Play or the Apple App Store for distribution, AdMob for the top and bottom banner ads and the optional post-death revive ad, Firebase Analytics, and Google Play Games or Apple Game Center and iCloud for sign-in and cloud saves. In-app purchases and ad-removal products are not offered. Each provider processes data under its own policy and user settings. Baren81 does not receive payment-card or bank-account details.
5. International Processing
Global providers may process data outside your country with their applicable safeguards. Baren81 does not sell users' names or contact information.
6. Retention and Deletion
Local data may remain until reset, deletion, or uninstall. Cloud, ad, analytics, and diagnostic records follow provider settings, retention rules, and legal requirements. There are no purchase records.
7. Choices and Rights
On iOS the app shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency request on first launch, followed by the ad consent form where it is required. You can keep playing if you decline tracking, and ads may then be shown in a non-personalised form. On Android the ad consent form is shown where required, and consent can be reopened from the in-game privacy options.
The top and bottom banners remain part of the advertising configuration and cannot be hidden by a purchase. No in-app purchase, ad-removal product, checkout, purchase restoration, or refund flow is provided. Ad privacy choices are managed through the consent screens above and your device settings. You can also manage choices through device advertising settings and Google or Apple account controls. Requests about data directly held by Baren81 may be sent to the contact below; provider-controlled data must be requested from that provider.
8. Children, Security, and Changes
Baren81 does not knowingly request direct identifiers from children. Reasonable safeguards are applied, and this page will be updated when features, SDKs, or legal requirements change.
