Mobile Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the Google Play and Apple App Store builds. Separate terms apply to the Steam build.

1. Agreement

By installing or using the game, you agree to these Terms and the rules of the app marketplace you use.

2. Service

The game includes planet exploration, conquest, headquarters expansion, and separate game modes. Maps, balance, progression features, events, and supported devices may change during development and operation.

3. Progress and Unlimited Entry

Mobile builds allow unlimited entry and retries for every planet and game mode. Food, energy, gems, entry tickets, and other consumable resources are not required or deducted for entry, retries, or progression. Save data such as progress and expansion states may be retained for gameplay, and data changed through errors, duplication, or manipulation may be corrected where reasonable.

4. Advertising

The Google Play and App Store builds display banner ads at the top and the bottom of the screen at all times. Banners sit in reserved top and bottom areas so they do not cover the controls, and those areas stay reserved even when no ad is filled.

Apart from banners, the only rewarded ad is an optional revive selected after the player dies. A revive may be applied only after the ad provider confirms completed viewing; you can always restart or re-enter a planet without watching an ad. Ads may be unavailable depending on region, network, or age settings.

Neither the Google Play nor the App Store build offers in-app purchases or an ad-removal product. Other than the top and bottom banners and the optional post-death revive ad, no other ad reward is provided. No paid product hides ads or skips the revive-ad step. Ad privacy choices can be managed from the in-game privacy options and your device advertising settings.

5. Purchases and paid products

Mobile builds sell no paid items, paid currency, paid unlocks, or ad-removal products. Food, energy, gems, entry tickets, and other gameplay values are neither store purchases nor consumable entry currency. There is no checkout, purchase restoration, or refund flow, and Baren81 does not process card or bank details.

6. Saves

Progress may be stored locally and, where supported, through platform cloud services. Recovery may be limited after deletion, device changes, or use without a linked platform account.

7. Conduct

You may not disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, manipulate ads or saves, exploit bugs, use cheats or harmful automation, infringe rights, or violate law.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, game content belongs to Baren81 or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or sold without permission except as allowed by law.

9. Changes and Liability

Updates or feature limits may be required for security, compatibility, platform rules, technical reasons, or improvement. To the extent allowed by law, the game is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device.

10. Law and Contact
