Terms of Use
These Terms apply to the web game and versions distributed through Google Play and Apple App Store. The platform's own terms and rules also apply to distribution, accounts, advertising, and testing.
1. What the game is
Call the Cat: Delivery is a fictional cat-courier simulation. Wallet balances, delivery fees, food prices, homes, routes, time, energy, ranks, and rewards are game values only. The game is not a real food-delivery, navigation, courier-employment, or transportation service.
2. Access and local saves
The game does not require a Delivery Cat account. Progress, language, and settings are stored locally in the browser or app on the device first. In the Google Play build you may connect Google Play Games, and the game then syncs progress through Saved Games so it can be restored after a reinstall or on another device. The web and Apple App Store builds keep progress on the device only. Clearing storage, removing the app, changing devices, or starting a new game may remove progress that has not been synced. Online rankings are not provided.
3. Advertising and payments
The game has no in-app purchase, Google Play Billing flow, paid product, or ad-removal product. The Google Play, Apple App Store, and web builds provide no checkout, purchase restoration, or refund flow. Google Play and Apple App Store versions show a banner advertisement at the top of the screen and may offer an optional rewarded ad. After successful completion of the ad, the game grants the reward shown on screen.
The operator never receives payment method, card, or bank details. A failed ad or consent refusal must not corrupt a save or grant a paid entitlement. In-game vehicles, equipment, meals, homes, and speed boosts use game money only and are not store purchases.
Ads are not required to play. Consent, region, network, device, or platform conditions may make an ad unavailable. A failed ad, consent refusal, or network failure must not corrupt local game progress.
4. Fair use
You must not reverse-engineer the game, bypass safeguards, manipulate local saves or rankings, use bots or automation to gain an unfair advantage, interfere with other users, abuse a bug, or present fictional game data as a real delivery service.
5. Ownership and third-party materials
Unless stated otherwise, the game code, writing, interface, Lulu character presentation, original art, and audio are owned by or licensed to Baren81. Fonts, music, and other third-party assets remain subject to their own licences and the release credits.
Map geometry and attribution are based on OpenStreetMap data and follow the ODbL and OpenStreetMap attribution terms.
6. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change routes, balance, content, supported devices, or platform availability to fix errors, improve safety, or meet legal and platform requirements. We may suspend or end all or part of the game for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or platform reasons.
7. Safety and disclaimers
Map imagery and routes are for game presentation only and must not be used for real-world navigation, traffic, safety, or delivery decisions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

본 약관은 웹 게임과 Google Play, Apple App Store로 배포되는 버전에 적용됩니다. 배포·계정·광고·테스트 등 플랫폼 서비스에는 각 플랫폼의 약관과 정책도 적용됩니다.
1. 게임의 성격
Call the Cat: Delivery는 고양이 배달원의 생활을 다루는 가상 시뮬레이션 게임입니다. 지갑 잔액, 배달비, 음식 가격, 집, 코스, 시간, 체력, 등급과 보상은 게임 안에서만 사용하는 값입니다. 현실의 음식 배달·길안내·배달원 고용·운송 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다.
2. 이용과 로컬 저장
게임은 Delivery Cat 계정을 요구하지 않습니다. 진행, 언어와 설정은 브라우저 또는 기기의 앱에 먼저 로컬 저장합니다. Google Play 버전에서는 Google Play Games에 연결하면 Saved Games를 통해 진행을 동기화하여 재설치나 다른 기기에서 복원할 수 있습니다. 웹과 Apple App Store 버전은 기기에만 저장합니다. 저장소 삭제, 앱 삭제, 기기 변경 또는 새 게임 시작으로 동기화되지 않은 진행이 사라질 수 있습니다. 온라인 랭킹은 제공하지 않습니다.
3. 광고와 결제
이 게임은 인앱결제, Google Play Billing, 유료 상품, 광고 제거 상품을 사용하지 않습니다. Google Play·Apple App Store·웹 버전 모두 결제·구매 복원·환불 흐름을 제공하지 않습니다. Google Play와 Apple App Store 버전은 화면 상단에 배너 광고를 표시하며, 선택형 보상형 광고도 제공할 수 있습니다. 광고 시청이 정상적으로 완료되면 화면에 안내된 게임 내 보상을 제공합니다.
운영자는 결제수단·카드·계좌 정보를 받지 않습니다. 광고 실패·동의 거부로 저장이 손상되거나 유료 이용권이 지급되어서는 안 됩니다. 게임 안의 차량·장비·식사·집·속도 부스터는 게임 재화로만 처리되며 스토어 결제 상품이 아닙니다.
광고는 게임 이용에 필수가 아닙니다. 동의 상태, 지역, 네트워크, 기기 또는 플랫폼 상황에 따라 광고가 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다. 광고 실패·동의 거부·네트워크 장애로 로컬 게임 진행 정보가 손상되어서는 안 됩니다.
4. 공정한 이용
이용자는 게임 코드·데이터의 역분석, 보호 장치 우회, 로컬 저장·랭킹 조작, 봇·자동화, 다른 이용자의 이용 방해, 버그 악용 또는 게임을 현실의 배달 서비스로 오인하게 만드는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
5. 저작권과 제3자 자료
별도 표시가 없는 게임 코드, 문구, UI, 루루 캐릭터 표현, 자체 제작 아트와 음원은 Baren81이 보유하거나 이용 허락을 받은 것입니다. 폰트·음원·기타 제3자 에셋은 각 라이선스와 출시 크레딧을 따릅니다.
지도 도형과 출처 표시는 OpenStreetMap 데이터를 기반으로 하며 ODbL 및 OpenStreetMap 출처 조건을 따릅니다.
6. 변경·중단·종료
오류 수정, 안전 개선, 법령과 플랫폼 요건 준수를 위해 코스·밸런스·콘텐츠·지원 기기·플랫폼 제공 여부를 변경할 수 있습니다. 점검·보안·법령 준수·플랫폼 사유로 게임 전체 또는 일부를 중단할 수 있습니다.
7. 안전과 책임
지도와 코스는 게임 연출용이며 현실의 길찾기·교통·안전·배달 판단에 사용해서는 안 됩니다. 법적으로 제한할 수 없는 권리와 책임은 이 약관으로 제한하지 않습니다.
