Privacy Policy

This policy covers the web and native mobile versions. Processing may differ based on the platform and third-party services actually used.

1. Operator and information not directly requested

The operator is Baren81. The game does not connect an operator account server, online leaderboard, or cloud save. It does not directly request your name, phone number, address, contacts, photos, or precise location. Device or browser gameplay and settings are not sent to an operator server.

2. Device and browser storage

Progress, high scores, language, and audio settings are stored on the device or in the browser to restore play and display records. Clearing browser site data or app storage removes those records. The operator cannot remotely access or restore device-only records.

3. AdMob processing

When advertising is enabled in a native mobile version, the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) may provide banners at the top and bottom of the screen and optional rewarded advertisements. AdMob may process or share IP address, app and device identifiers (including an advertising ID where permitted), interactions such as app launches, taps and video views, advertising information, and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. It may infer approximate location from an IP address. Actual processing depends on platform, region, ad settings, and consent choices. The game does not offer in-app purchases or an ad-removal product and does not request or process payment information. The web version does not request native AdMob, analytics, or payment SDKs.

4. Consent and privacy choices

A native version may provide Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent and privacy-choice forms. If the app shows an “Ad privacy settings” entry, use it to review available choices. iOS may request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) authorization. 5. Children

The game does not create an account server directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Age ratings, parental controls, consent, and child-safety requirements follow the policies of the distributing platform and applicable law.

6. Third parties, overseas processing, and contact

When native advertising is enabled, AdMob and advertising partners may process related information on infrastructure outside your country or region. The hosting provider for these legal pages and email providers may also process access or inquiry information under their own policies. If you email the operator, your email address and message are used only to respond and are kept only as long as needed, unless a longer period is required by law. This page and its date will be updated when processing changes.
