Terms of Use
Call the Cat: Fishing · Updated: 21 September 2026
These terms apply to the web and native mobile versions of this game. Actual features and third-party services may differ by version.
1. Service
Call the Cat: Fishing is a fictional fishing game in which a cat at the water's edge times a paw strike to a ripple. Score, scales, the field guide, ponds and fish are in-game records with no cash value. It is not a real fishing, catch or trading service.
2. Saving and accounts
The game does not provide a player account, operator game server, online leaderboard, or cloud save. Progress, the field guide, language and sound settings are stored on the device or in the browser, and may be lost when storage is cleared, a device changes, an error occurs, or "Start over" is used in game. The operator cannot restore lost records.
3. Advertising and rewards
Native mobile versions may use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) for banners at the top and bottom of the screen and optional rewarded advertisements. A rewarded ad plays only after you choose it, and a reward is granted only after the advertising system confirms completion. Cancelled, failed, or unavailable ads do not award a reward. Availability may vary by region, network, inventory, and consent choices. The web version distributed by the operator does not request native AdMob ads. A version hosted on a third-party web game portal may carry that portal's own advertising.
4. Payments
There is no in-app purchase and no paid product. The in-game shop is bought only with "scales" earned by playing, and there is no ad-removal product or other paid feature. The operator never requests or receives card or bank details and provides no checkout, purchase restoration, or refund flow. If payments are ever added, this document will be updated first.
5. Conduct and changes
Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate save data, exploit bugs, distribute malicious code, or sell or redistribute game materials without permission. Features, balance and supported devices may change or stop for security, fixes, platform-policy, legal, or technical reasons. Mandatory consumer rights and liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence are not excluded.
6. Rights
Code, copy, UI, original characters and art are protected works. Fonts, music and sound effects follow their own licences and credit terms; sources are listed on the in-game Credits screen.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence takes precedence.
